What is your favorite B-complex supplement?
And also favorite mineral supplement (calc, magnesium, potassium)?
Thanks!
Tammy

Vitamin Code Raw B Complex.

For calcium and magnesium, I use Vitamin Code's Raw Calcium. I use Eniva for Germanium and Zinc and Vanadium/Chromium/Zinc, but also Country Life's zinc picolinate and chromium picolinate.

I like the Country Life Coenzyme B Complex Caps. I use the Mag Tab SR for magnesium as well as a bit of magnesium citrate (NOW Foods). I also take a Cal-Mag Citrate supplement (Nature's Plus) and outside of my multivitamin (Life Force Multiple No Iron) which contains B's, Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium, and other minerals, I don't take any additional supplemental minerals.
