I know there is a list but I don't know how to add to it or who to ask.
Another life lost because of Lyme disease. Only 33 years old.

And with two little kids! The saddest part is that it is all so preventable, if the ignorance, misdiagnosis, and willful submergence of TBI's weren't so prevalent.

And you better believe that the insurance industry has plenty of blood on their hands, in addition to the other cast of characters.
