I am in the process of making my "lyme treatment" shopping list.

I can only find Theralac online.

I've seen Culturelle in the stores and even found a coupon for it.

At the moment I am taking two probiotics a day-somthing my mother gave me-Kyo-Dophilus 9. It has 9 probiotics at 3 billion count each tablet which I know is too low.

I read on line that Theralac has 30 billion and Culturelle has 10 billion. It seems to me that Theralac would be the better choice.

If I order it I won't get it I am sure until after Tgiving.

I could go to the store and buy Culturelle today.

So, any advice would be most appreciated.

For those who take either how many of these should I take in a day and when. I was told by someone to take on empty stomach, but the probiotics I have in front of me say with meals.

Hands down Theralac. Culturelle is very good but it only contains one strain, I believe.

Theralace is excellent and recommended by some of the top lyme docs.

You can take more than one Culturelle maybe?

I am curious about liquid probiotic. Is it better?

Also, is there such thing as too much probiotic or probiotic overdose?

My llmd recommended Ther-Biotic Complete or UltraFlora Plus DF, they are suppose to have 25-30 bil.

Money is such an issue for me but I dont want to skimp on quality by any means, looking for a good middle of the road!
