After reading Dr. W's book on adrenal fatigue, I'm pretty sure I have it.
As suggested in the book, I'm trying to increase my intake of Vitamin C. I have a sensitive stomach, so I've been taking Ester C, but even that is giving me heartburn (just 1/2 a pill will cause heartburn). The funny thing is that except for the heartburn, I think the Vitamin C is making me feel better.
Any suggestions about some good sources of Vitamin C that won't irritate my stomach? Note that I have to be careful about fruits and fruit juices, too, since I get hypoglycemia.
Anyone tried Dr. W's Vitamin C formula?

- Red Bell Peppers. They are not hot. Be sure they are the BELL peppers, though. Photos here:
. . . While the bell pepper is a member of the Capsicum genus, it is the only Capsicum that does not produce capsaicin,[1] a lipophilic chemical that can cause a strong burning sensation when it comes in contact with mucous membranes. . . .
. . . Green peppers have twice the amount of vitamin C by weight than citrus fruits . . .
. . . Red bell peppers have three times as much vitamin C as the green varieties and are a good source of beta carotene. . . . -
