Does anyone experience flair ups that come and go almost as if someone flipped a switch?? I seam to get flairs of nuerological and gastro symptoms (always togeather) that seem to come on extremely fast and makes me feel like death walking. Then within a few hours they are just gone??

I do, and I've found that switch flipper to be the sun, perhaps acting upon the spirochetes?...not sure. But I'd bet my right arm that if you began monitoring your symptoms against the following, you'd see a correlation...
For example, the last two nights I slept more soundly than usual (or I should say I slept for a change), and it didn't take me until 2 or 3am to fall asleep...and if you check the 4th link, both nights the 'electron flux' went wild as indicated by the jaggedy blue on the graph.
Seriously though, check these websites daily. My family is even starting to believe me because I'm usually right when I say something major is happening up there...
