I have been on Doxy for 2 weeks, I am up to 4 Nystatin 4 x daily and Diflucan once a day and I don't feel like it is working. I know I am supposed to give all abx 4 weeks. How do I know if this is the right dosage or even the right abx. I just feel I should be feeling something and I am not.

Try Kefir, its a yogurt drink in the health food section of most large grocery or health food stores.
It has some kind of enzymes in it that really help. I couldn't tolerate antibiotics at all until I discovered it. Nothing helped, not acidophulus, nystatin, diflucan, nothing. The yeast was unbearable.
Try it, I promise it will help!

My son felt no change on doxy, rifampin and zith - tried it for 4 weeks. Changed to a Babesia treatment and he started herxing some... did this for 4 weeks... but lyme was crippling him... back to treating lyme... it's been 4 weeks and we are going to go for Babs again while continuing with Lyme treatment.
Keep looking for what works for you. And yes, give it 4 weeks. I believe this is necessary.
I hope you feel SOMETHING soon. I know how frustrating it can be to have NO CHANGE. Even when you get worse, there is hope that there will be better days ahead because this is a herx.
