So I woke up this morning feeling fairly well after having like a week or so of serious air hunger, weakness, heart palps, etc. after starting artemisinin.
Went to church, felt okay till about halfway through.
Then I started feeling dizzy and having trouble focusing, got light-headed, felt like I was going to pass out, then the worst passed and I felt just shaky.
About 10 minutes later, the same thing happened, just felt horrible.
I kind of wanted to get up and walk out to the lobby, but I didn't think I'd make it, so I just sat there and breathed deeply till everything passed.
So I'm now trying to analyze what was happening--just a panic attack? EMF sensitivity? Something else?
Something to note about my church--it's not a little church in the wildwood; we go to a megachurch, with all the screeens up front, computers up in the booth, lights, sound systems (that BTW are often WAY too loud).
I've often wondered if the electrical stuff in the sanctuary sets off my neuro sx.
Just tired of feeling like I have to shut myself away from the world.

- I think you answered your own question: nervous system & vestibular system overload.
Any small country churches near you without all the gadgets? -

- Lyme is a very toxic infection that causes neuro hyper excitability in the NMDA brain/nerve receptors. ANY activities that are too much for our brain, our adrenals, etc can make that much worse and the the NMDA irritation can make us very sick in may ways for hours, or even days, after over stimulation.
To go along with that, most lyme patients have compromised vestibular systems (inner/middle ear). Therefore, many are faced with the same symptoms as on this list. And any of these can drop blood sugar - &/or push blood pressure in either direction - fast. --------------
