Went to bed at 6pm not feeling well this evening. I was awakened by my family, I was screaming again from another horrific dream. They seem to be getting more consistant.
I was reading that magnessium, vitC. and B1 helps with the dreams, but not so. Has anyone with terrors find something to help?
Everytime I awaken from the dreams my head is burning in pain. Please any ideas would be appreciated.

With the magnesium, should I take the malate or the citrate to help ease the terrors? I have been using malate.

I've been having scray dreams for many years. One time I acted one out. I was dreaming of jummping off a house or something like that and I jumped off the bed on top or my dresser.
I really hurt my arm but lucky I didn't break it.
Sometimes I wakeup the whole house screaming and doing a lot of crazy things.

Malate works good.
Also, taking a benzo like ativan, xanax, or valium should help calm the terrors so u can sleep.
Best

Thank you for the input.
Is there something I can take that is not chemical? My body reacts terrible to chemical medication. Like I mentioned earlier, the magnesium really is not helping much, but I will continue to not give up on it.

You can always try Valerian or Melatonin for sleep. Magnesium should be taken at bedtime to get the maximum benefits for sleep.
