OK, now I have been taking doxy, ceftin, zith, flagyl, and a combo of ceftin and zith. all tried for a month sometimes 2. NO herxes to any of the above antibiotics or antibiotic combo's. No real worsening or anything of symptoms.. about the same. Been treating with LLMD for about 7-8 months or so.

I am going to start combo's of babeisa meds, not sure if it is going to help, but will give it a try. NEVER had night sweats or fever's. Or brain fog. Recently been trying magnesium, with no real change.

Recently began feeling some pain when walking in balls of feet. Recently (past month or so) haven't been taking my milk thistle, IDK if it is related or something new, but anyhow. What is this slight pain when walking in balls of feet? I never have had this before. Zithromax didn't seem to do anything for me. I wonder if I have bart. or something like it... what do you guys think?

The thing about feet is that you have to cover all the bases.

You may need new shoes. Or to not go barefoot around the house if you do.

Do your shoes have good orthotic support for both tarsal and for metatarsal arches?

For some great illustrations, search at Google: arches of the foot

Plantar Fasciitis starting? A good podiatrist can help you rule out the start of something like Plantar fasciitis and give you advice on footwear and exercises.

Again, great descriptions and illustrations from a search of: Plantar fasciitis

Bartonella? Beyond that, of course, bartonella could be connected.

In addition to a good LIVER SUPPORT - MAGNESIUM can also help reduce foot pain. If your magnesium is not of much help, be sure it's an type that is well absorbed such as glycinate, citrate, etc.

As you suspect, toxin overload can really make the feet feel much more tender and painful. A full liver support plan is so necessary at all times.

Professional foot massages - if at all possible. At least, many hire a LMT (licensed massage therapist) for a couple sessions to teach all your friends and family how to do foot, hand and shoulder massages. Create a full massage trading circle.

Soaking feet in hot water with epson salts is good - or a warm bath with salts (foot water can be as hot as you can comfortably enjoy but most lyme patients can't take too hot of a bath. Warm is best).

Sheesh, that's a lot of drugs to be on. Sounds more like bart to me but I don't know what your other symptoms are. When I had bart, I woke up and my whole body just felt OLD. Took a while to even stand up straight. For me, the most annoying symptoms wih babs was air hunger and fatigue.
