I had/have different kinds of dizziness with it. Vertigo - can't move my head to the left while lying down or everything spins. Ataxi - walking like a drunk sailor, weaving from side to side. And just a very spacey feeling. Hope that helps.

- Zithromax can increase dizziness and vertigo.
Magnesium and Ginger capsules often help. Be sure to let your LLMD know about this in case a change in medicine may be needed or if you should be referred to a LL ear specialist for assessment of other issues as many things can cause dizzines.
Be sure some kind of LIVER SUPPORT is on board at all times when taking zithromax (reasons are explained in the thread below).
See the posts about BPPV here, it's a positional kind of vertigo that may be helped by a particular kind of physical treatment called the Epley Maneuver. ----------
Specifically for LYME patients - lots of details about ears and what can help:

I am asking about Babesia dizziness in particular. I know about BPPV, and it's different from that. I've been evaluated by a hearing and balance team. I'm almost completely well except for dizziness, which started two weeks after Bell's Palsy with the rest of my symptoms.
I don't have many babs symptoms, but it's about our only other theory, unless it's nerve damage, which I do think is possible. Frustrating.

I had bell palsy at age 19 and it affects the hearing and balance nerve...the three nerves are connected and the facial nerve inflammation presses on the balance nerve. I have always had dizziness...can never sleep on my left side or back..I just learned to deal with it for 30 years. Now I have neuro lyme that made the dizziness much much worse..I am awaiting the western block test so I will truly believe its lyme..I am on oral abx nutrients (magnesium and sublingual b12) for the dizziness twice a day..waiting for the approval to start IV therapy....Hope that helps...
