If anyone is interested, I created this to try to better track symptoms while on meds. Just an idea.

Intense. But cool.
I could probably do a week by week - but I'm afraid a day by day would drive me crazy.
It's what people do when trying to lose weight. Check the scale every day!
Imo that's unhealthy and counter productive

I think it's great. My method looks primitive next to yours but it's the same idea.
I think it's good to keep track for doctors but it also helps when I look back and see days that I thought I was dying and I now can see that I no longer have that symptom. It lets me know that I am making progress even when it doesn't feel like it.
Thanks for sharing this.

Canefan, I agree about too much. I stopped for a long time and am trying this again. People like TF have repeatedly stated patterns of symptoms fit specific infections and to be aware. Weekly sounds easier, but it doesn't allow one to catch that. well, maybe a monthly Lyme flare.
It really takes all of 1 min daily to complete at end of day. I guess it's doable. I could see some here tracking full moon days and days that electromagnetic tower waves are strong. lol. Not me!

Nice! I Also just stumbled across an iPhone app for Lyme. I was looking for a random "health journal" type app and was surprised to find a "Lyme symptom tracker",

Very nice. I make my own crude one on graph paper. It' been helpful because I can see what has worked in the past and what has caused problems.
Good idea.

That is a good idea. This would be very helpful for finding babesia flares, which I have never figured out.
I notice you go to bed really LATE - or should I say early the next morning. Insomnia?
The problem with me having exact symptoms listed is that mine often change dramatically. I list them on a calender - when I remember. Having the intensity number is something I will incorporate.
