wondering if anybody else has this--squishy pain at the insides of the knees, not the back..

difficult to describe, kind of like the tendons, muscles or fascia have a bit of fluid or something. have mentioned it in the past to llmd. i know it's a fibro thing.

just wondered --does anyone else have this and what helped?

I think I have what you're talking about. It feels sort of like a bruise to me. It's around most of my joints if I feel for it.
