I had a lot of improvement with 2-3 weeks of this combo. symptoms returned in 6 weeks. I;m doing lariam now but considering this combo again in the future if I need to.

I will say...in 3 years of treatment, I never herxed as hard as I did on this combo. 4 days I couldn't get off the couch, then I slowly got better and better.
