I am currently on quinine and clinda, supposed to do 10 days of that then switch to 10 days of biaxin and planquel, then repeat and see if there is any reaction...
Nothing on clinda and quinine so far... diarrhea tho. Is this combo known for causing that?

I was given that quinine and clinda for bab's. I couldn't stomach it or liked the weird feeling I got from it. I think I flushed the quinine down the toliet in fact.
Biaxin and plaqunel is for the same... babs/bart... it covers a lot. My intestines couldn't handle this combo.
Zith and Malerone for me and no bodily side effects and I'm getting better on it.... We're all different in what we handle and how it works.

i can handle the clinda and quinine but the thing is I highly doubt (Highly) I have babs so I don't see the point of trying it, but the doc says to in his protocal so whatever. I think I MIGHT have bart so I am more interested in what the biaxin and plequnel will do for me... time will tell I guess.

no haven't heard of c-diff with this combo (quinine and clinda right) I don't like this combo. Have had a few ringing of the ears tinnitus and only on day 3 or so of this combo.. if I have bad diarrhea tomorrow and if it continues on today I may stop or something. Your bum gets to a point where it says "NO MORE" but anyhow. I often have completely liquid yellowish diarrhea and IDK if it can be contributed to antibiotics right now or not, but possible. Usually it can be brought on by drinking a certain type of soft drink local in my area that I am semi-addicted to called "ski"

It sounds like you've had this problem even before you started the Clindamycin, so that might not be the cause. Just be aware that other abx can cause this as well. Might be a good idea to get it checked out. Florastor as well as other good probiotics should be used when taking Clindamycin
Quinine is very hard on the ears as well and can cause tinnitus.
