I just read that lyme causes a thick blood, how do you know if your blood is thick or not?

I could see mine when getting a blood draw. It was dark and thick. Even the phlebotomest would comment on it.
Three years of treatment and it is normal again. Bright red and much more fluid.

Quest can run a hypercoagulation panel too...it is also useful to check for genetic factors like the Factor V Leiden mutation.
There are natural ways to help thin blood: Vit E, fish oil, nattokinase, lumbrokinase, etc.... You'll find info about many of these in recent posts and the archives...

- If you have a good LLMD, you should be in good hands. Most LLMD suggest supplements and nutrition plans that help.
Garlic is also good. -

Last year I was in the hospital and the nurse drawing my blood said, "Dern girl, you have the darkest blood I've ever seen!"
As bad as I felt, that comment really scared me.

Mine did. It looks and flows normally now. I tested negative for all types of hypercoagulation.

I'm doing both Lubrokinase (boy that's expensive) and Heparin injections twice a day. Two others in my support group are doing Heparin as well for hypercoagulation issues

is blood thickening why muscles can feel like concrete around your bones? (Spine in particular)
Cupping always helped relieve the tension as it drew up blood up to the surface to recirculate. But, there is concern over that because of blood clotting.
Good question! I noticed my blood was dark when I saw it drawn yesterday and i have clotty menstration.

I posted at: http://flash.lymenet.org/ubb/ultimatebb.php/topic/1/102725 My son has begun bruising... and I have been giving him virastop once each day (to try to break up biofilms). The virastop has nattokinase and other enzymes. How much were you taking to alleviate hypercoagulation? Trying to figure out whether it is from the enzymes or possibly the Bactrim he is taking.
