I would not take it near any medication. It is an oxidizer and may render the antibiotics useless.
MMS is active for about three or four hours after you take it.
Whether it is safe or not depends largely on how you use it, and how you respond to it. No one has died from it, but it certainly can cause Stomach problems, and people with Lyme have to be especially careful.
I use it often, but I do not have Lyme. I used it last night after I ate something that apparently should have been thrown out. It had some nasty bacteria in it, and I was nauseated at two A.M.
I took a four drop dose and ten minutes later I felt fine, and went back to bed. It is quite an amazing product, but you do have to use your good sense while using it.
