If a dr. doesn't call you back with test results does that mean they are negative?
I never heard back about my CD57, babs, and bart tests.

It can mean many, many things. For example, it can mean that he never got the test results. Or, it can mean that the office lost them and never put them on his desk.
Or, it can mean that he got so many papers put on his desk that your test results got lost on his desk.
So, I would call the office and ask if they have them and ask if they were normal. Then, I would ask for a copy to be mailed to me for my file, or, could I stop over and get a copy.
It is very important to have these test results. You will need them any time you go to a new lyme doctor. They are one of the most important papers you want to keep regarding your health.

- Always call - and also get paper copies sent directly to you for ALL tests. Always - even if told all is well. You need to see this in black and white. -

Things get misplaced and some offices don't call back if everything is normal (which I totally disagree with).
Always call for results and request a copy for yourself.
I have my own medical chart in my home w/ all of my test results from everything I've ever had done over the past 15 years.
