I keep reading all this stuff about the importance of binders in detox and that it's important to use different ones.
Besides apple pectin and activated charcoal, what else is there?
I'm aware of chlorella, but I thought I read somewhere that chlorella will mobilize and drop mercury. Same goes for cilantro.
Also, I would imagine that consumption of binders would have to be timed strategically so that they don't bind to the desirable nutrients taken with meals and with supplements. Is that right?
It's already a challenge timing supplements since so many of them (not to mention the Pekana homeopathic remedies) are supposed to be taken on an empty stomach without anything else.
There's a lot of mention of binders, but not a lot of detail. I'm hoping someone can fill in the blanks.
