I think this is super important to get rid of toxins. I've never really been a sweater.

I have really been trying to work up a sweat, and boy is it hard for me to do. Anyone else have this problem?

Using a rebounder I find after about 25 minutes I'm sometimes able to work up a little sweat. Tonight I was on my rebounder for 45 minutes, near the fireplace, with a sweatshirt on over my tank top and long-sleeve tee. After about 30 minutes I got a little misty.

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Thanks, Tammy

saunas, and hot baths-- always do it for me. I weight lift too. If you can rebound for 30 min you should be able to lift weights. Its really good to lift then sauna, you get a reallllly good sweat in.

Relax, dear Tammy Do your drops and quit worrying about things that are at the moment under the control of your semi-dysfunctional autonomic nervous system. Your sympathetics are revving and your parasympathetics are asleep.

When they are back in sync, you will be able to work up a normal sweat again. But it is best to take it easy with your drops. Right now your body is dealing with an overflow of toxins it is trying to let go. Certain areas are still blocked - like a collander with a few plugged up holes ---- and don't cooperate well with each other yet.

If you add more stress by getting frustrated about things - (Miss Perfect) - it will make things worse. I hope you are faithfully taking and alternating some of the binders you have been gathering for several weeks!! Just believe that you will be okay and won't remember that you had to go through a short stretch of misery. What you are doing is working -

try to test lauricidin, monolaurin, or freeze dried garlic (may be too strong), coconut oil,
chew chlorella and spit it out. I remember keeping tampon soaked in chlorella in mouth took away an amalgam tattoo on the jaw ----- google herpes simplex mercury klinghardt, etc. Lots you can do to feel more at ease. It will pass. Metals must be dominant since you did not show any food problems in your first test yet. That may come later or may not. I never had any foods show. But I am still detoxing lead lead lead!
Maybe there is a lysine lozenge to help? Test it with your tensor or have someone help.

The most important problem for you is already being solved. Hope you get the last filling out soon. Do not swallow the chlorella if you still have fillings - spit it out after slushing it around for a bit. It picks up the metals (any that were part of amalgams) And don't take Vit C near chlorella -

Tomorrow will be better!!!!!

Take care.

P.S. do not do saunas or forced circulation until the first layers of the metals start to leave. You do not want to move them into the brain --- you want them to go out the other direction!!! Too early - is not a good idea. Toxic metals from rest of body (gut - which is often seriously loaded) has to leave first before it is safe to activate too much by forced circulation. Easy does it and it is a lot safer.

I used to be a non-sweater, too...in 90 degrees with high humidity, I wouldn't even get damp.

I can sweat now, only I'm still weird. A lot of times I will be freezing when I get into the shower and throughout the hot shower, but when I get out and should be freezing because I've no clothes on, that is when my body will begin to sweat, as if my body is confused?...it sweats when it's cold, and it feels chilled when it should be hot?

Or actually, exposure to water seems to always somehow be involved in this strange reaction...either I'm showering or cleaning...?

canefan17 - Thanks. I am having thyroid and adrenal issues. I think that is a part of it all for me. Recent bloodwork showed high DHEA. I don't know what this means though. Have been having a lot of mis-firing feelings in my body so I know it's related to adrenals.

Gigi - Thank you for reminding me to not get frustrated when things don't seem to be going right. The impatient side of me has had enough and I want to feel good NOW. Most people around me seem "normal". I often feel like the odd one or the ill one. That's why I keep trying new things. I think AI is going to be the big game changer for me. It has been a long road and I am tired. Very. I just need to focus on more patience because I realize healing cannot be rushed.

I have the opposite problem. I sweat like a pig doing the simplest things. Don't know what that's all about.
