Hi everyone! Hope you all had wonderful holidays!

I just got back my daughters bloodwork from Dr. J and all is good, Ehrlichia came back negative before we treated with doxy(???) guess rifampin for the Bart took care of it. The thing that bothered me was her C3D test was 70.

I found out thru reading here what it means...garbage in her cells. What can I do to help move this along? Would detoxing baths, lemon etc help with this too?

Whatever I can do for her where I don't have to explain it to her since she has special needs will help

Thanks
Peyjad [confused]

May health be with you!

Toxic mold was suppressing our immune systems, causing extreme pain, brain fog and magnifying symptoms. Four days after moving out, the healing began.

Thank you so much for the link momlyme! It told me alot...seems only abx will take numbers down. Guess I will give Dr J a call to confirm there isn't anything I can do to help. I like to be informed before I call with a ton on questions!

Thanks again!

Thanks for the link Terry - I think I read that here and a post from you maybe. Yours were high too? My LLMD didn't check mine but I am thinking of asking her to, just to see what mine is. I will check out the link!

Mine were >111. Apparently too high to measure. There are other drainage remedies too if you look around. A naturopathic doctor put me on some gemmotherapy drainage remedies.

Thanks again Terry

She is seeing a NP too and I talked to him about it so hopefully he will send me a remedy for that too, he's also helping to get her other issues under control.

Just did a search and found this post...my 3 children all tested very high during lyme treatment with Dr. J. My boys were close to 100 several times and my daughter was C3D 19 a year ago, even after 1.5 years of abx.

After close to 2 years of abx with Dr. J, we then moved to herbals because of gut issues. I have not retested my boys but just retested my daughter and it was normal! I was so excited to see this. We think her lyme is gone, so this test is further confirmation.

Thanks tick battler for that. My daughter doesn't go back till April to see Dr. J but the responses here calmed my nerves about what that was. Good to know you switched to herbals, did Dr J do that or did you do that on your own? The reason I ask is because the other LLMD me and my daughter see closer to home says dr j doesn't believe in natural medicine. Curious about that now. Anyway thanks for responding!

No, Dr. J does not normally use herbals but when I started adding Nutramedix herbs to my children's abx protocol, he admitted that when one patient of his added Enula to their babesia protocol, they finally got a negative test for it after positives for 3 years. He was not opposed to me using these herbs.

When I decided to stop abx shortly thereafter and switch completely to herbs, I had no reason to go back to him b/c he does not know much about the herbs.
