They test foods, molds, toxic metals, meds, toxic environmentals. There are different tests but you can add anything to one you want. This lab also tests for a delayed response which for MCS people is what we need. Very well worth it. God Bless`

If you really want to correct your allergies and dysregulations to wake up your immune system, check
This is not a test that tells you what you can't eat any longer, to avoid, and still leaves you with your chemical sensitivities. Please read the thread "Allergie Immun Germany" that is running here. Many people are doing it. My whole family with grandchildren are on it and they are getting rid of problems and are able to detox again, especially toxic metals. Wheat and grain allergies are gone for good. Celiac gone.
Take care.

Our daughter used the RAST test, which is a very very sensitive test, and insurance paid for it.
We got everything tested twice: The IgE is for the immediate reactions, and the IgG is for the delayed reactions, up to 3 days later as I recall.
It was very interesting and useful. On the IgE or short term test, most foods came up negative.
On the IgG or late reaction test, many of those same foods showed up as problematic. This explains why we could never figure out what foods were disagreeing with her -- there was a variable lag time of 1 to 3 days after she ate an offending item.
Bear in mind that food sensitivities are a moving target. Turns out after much experimenting that what upsets her stomach one day is fine the next.
Also, the LL naturopath said our daughter was so reactive on the long-term test that it's not even really food sensitivities but leaky gut. This means that any food can cause irritation, so the leaky gut is what you have to treat first. Muddy Feet, could this be what's going on with you?

And foods I'm told are safe, such as brown rice, make me worse.
Sounds like you have a big problem with yeast/candida.
DIET, DIET, DIET is the key. Then, be sure to follow the 5 step plan outlined below. It was developed by my naturopath. It works.
"Successful control and elminiation of a Candida Albicans overgrowth requires a multifaceted program as described below. Failure to follow ALL the steps simultaneously will result in slow progress and will lengthen healing time significantly. The program should be tailored to the individual and must balance the need to eliminate the Candida and deprive it of its food source while insuring proper nutrition for the individual."
Five Steps to Candida Elimination:
1. You must starve it into submission by eliminating its food source.
2. You must kill it with anti-fungal herbs and supplements. [e.g....garlic, onion, caprylic acid, Pau D'Arco capsules or tea, clove, grapefruit seed extract, olive leaf extract, oil of oregano, tea tree oil, Echinacea, Goldenseal, black walnut, MSM, barberry root, uva ursi, neem leaf, biotin]
3. You must reestablish the proper balance and quantity of probiotic bacteria in the digestive tract. [...multi-strain lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidus capsules with FOS should be taken between meals to maximize repopulation of the digestive tract by beneficial bacteria.]
4. You must reestablish proper levels of all B vitamins (yeast free) and utilize other immune enhancing supplements to boost immune system function. [e.g ... B complex vitamins (yeast free), biotin, beta 1-3 glucan, colostrum, maitake mushroom, vitamins A, C, E, zinc and selenium]
5. You must cleanse and heal the digestive tract to promote proper elimination of toxins and Candida and assimilation of nutrients. [e.g...chlorophyll, MSM, omega 3 fatty acids found in flax seed and salmon oils, GLA found in borage, evening primrose and black currant oils. Pantothenic acid, digestive enzymes between meals]
