So I've come to find that I will feel crappy, then a few days later I'll feel better, or even the next day feel better. then I'll be ok sometimes for a few days. this happens SOMETIMES but not all the time, its like my herxes come on in days. I guess I always thought herxes were consistent for like weeks. then you get over it . I didnt know they can happen days at a time then go then come back the next day

I do notice tho that my really noticable herxes happen after four weeks. which is normal

is this normal? the good thing is i end up feeling better afterwards. but then a few days later itll happen again. its funny

I don't think what you are experiencing is so usual. You may want to check the barometric pressure on the days you are feeling badly and see if there is a correlation with low or dropping barometric pressure or changing or incoming storm fronts.

In fact, check the barometric pressure on the days you feel better and see if it is rising or high and see if you can establish any pattern.

Changing weather patterns are often a trigger for some of us and low pressure systems and dropping barometric pressure often makes us feel worse.

This is separate and aside from the herxes that you feel every few weeks.

I think it sounds very normal. Very normal!

I had classic Bart symptoms and treated Bart for 8 months. Then I started keeping a diary and noticed that not only did I feel yucky every 4ish weeks (lyme) and every 10-14 days (bart) but also every 5-6 days (babesia).

I started noticing my very, very faint babesia symptoms and became convinced that I had it too.

LLMD started me on Babesia AND Bart treatment and I've made tremendous progress in the last 4 months. Most days I feel almost...normal!

So, I wouldn't say that what I experienced every few days was herxing. It was symptoms of something I wasn't treating.

While treating Babesia, I can't say I ever herxed. I mean, my herxes always involved funny sore throat, leaky eyes, truck hit me kind of stuff.

This has been more of a process where gradually the bad days are getting better and the good days are getting better.

I suggest keeping a health diary and see if you discover some clues.

Very normal. Many will feel better for a few days after a herx. I never had that pleasure!
