I would really like to get off of antibiotics completely. Has anyone switched to solely Byron White Formulas?

If so, what has the outcome been? Are you holding steady, improving, backsliding? Do they address cysts?

I would love to hear any experiences with this. I recently began A-bab and so far it has helped.

Thanks!

I think there are a few on here that have done that, and hopefully they will offer some input. My daughter has done this (taking A-Bab) but she also takes Bar1 as well in addition to some other supplements.

She will also be incorporating Cryptolepis and Wormwood. It's been 2 months off abx and so far so good!

Thanks lulu, I am glad your daughter continues to do well off of antibiotics. That is great to hear!

I am going to tell my llmd that I want to give strictly herbs a try during my next appointment. We'll see what happens.

After 2 years of abx, I switched my 3 children to the Nutramedix herbs and GSE. I wish I had done it earlier. We think their lyme/coinfections are gone now, after less than 12 months of the herbs. We are hoping we got it for good...time will tell.

Anyone? I am specifically wondering if anyone has had a few symptoms left and switched to just Byron White. If so, have you continued to improve, held steady, or taken a downturn?

And, do you have Babesia?

I stopped taking abx in January 2011. I still had symptoms daily mostly burning head pain, tremors, twitches, some joint and muscle pain. I had been on high dose abx including 8 months straight of IV rocephin for 14 month straight. I was slowly getting better from lyme but my body was not tolerating the abx.

I started BWF when I stopped abx. I did A-Bab and A-L, as I increased these drops, they have certainly flared my symptoms strongly. However, they have not really alleviated my symptoms and over the past few weeks I seem to be backsliding. We are going to add back some abx.

Its a tricky thing...

Thanks mbdq and mom!

Mbdq, I hope the abx give you a quick upswing in your health.

Anyone else?

I'm holding steady at 4mo of BWH.

Did 3 three years of abx, iv, Cowden.

Symptoms that won't budge are memory/comprehesion/processing and IBS. TMJ and neck pain isn't great either but overall physically well.

I found Byron White herbs to be over-hyped.

I had much better results with Buhners.
But ultimately neither put me in remission.

I did antibiotics for 6 weeks then BWFs for 10 weeks. The BWFs definitely did something to me. I have a lot more energy and feel better than I did on antibiotics. But they were not enough for me. But I also didn't do them that long. I am starting back on antibiotics with the BWFs.

I love the BW formulas! I have lyme bart and babs. Did 15 months of orals and then liver enzymes spikes. Switched to BW at that time. I have been on them since last April and steadily improving!!

At first, I was just sort of holding my own. I can say now I am feeling improvements. Much higher level of functioning. Good luck!!

BW formulas are great for managing lyme and co infections. I am also similar to Didogs in that I have a higher level of functioning now (also off abx). Improvements are slow but steady. Muscle testing them helps.
