Im on Mepron and zith, also started taking art :180 ml twice a day.
I just bumped it up to 2 art 180ml, twice a day. Is this a bad amount ? to high ? Would love to hear your thoughts.

I would definitely consult with your LLMD about this. I take 500 mg twice daily three days a week, on a pulsing schedule.

My LLMD wanted me on a specific brand and I could tell a difference when I switched from a generic to Nutricology.
