So I was recently prescribed by my LLMD to start my new oral abx protocol as well as rocephin IV. Just as a test, I stopped taking my old oral abx protocol which I have been on for the past two and a half months. Beginning yesterday (my first day without abx) I was experiencing several symptoms that had greatly subsided, even some of which had disappeared while on abx. It was my worst day in a long time. Today is my second day without the oral abx and I feel very symptomatic again.
Is it really possible that I could feel so symptomatic that quickly due to a stoppage of abx or do you think it is just coincidence that I am having bad days?
Thank you for your input. Hope everyone has better days ahead.

Just my opinion.....I think its a coincidence. Not saying it couldn't happen in one day, but it seems unlikely to me. The antibiotics wouldn't even be completely out of your body in one day.

Usually co-infections re-surface very quickly. Having said that, when my daughter stopped all abx for good, she did deal with intense symptoms for a month afterwards, which are all slowly resolving with herbal treatments.

I agree that co-infectons can surface very quickly, but I have a hard time with one day.
