Being treated for Bart with bactrim ds and high dose of biaxin.

Feel like crap. It must be a herx. Last night everything was tingling, hurting, stomach, head.

Does this sound like a herx.

It could be herxing from the lyme. Increased meds about a week ago. So, that might be it?

Any insight would be great. [Razz]

Sounds like a herx. Especially if you just had an increase in meds.

I have muscle weakness during herxes which cause hand and leg soreness. This could possibly be happening with you.

It does sound like a herx. Up your intake of milk thistle as well as your water intake.

Your body is saying it needs help getting rid of toxins so give your liver some assistance.

An anti-inflammatory such as Zyflamend (made by New Chapter) may also give you some relief from the inflammation muscle pain. I swear by it
