I've been taking my Mepron with Boost Protein Shakes as I find it an easy way to get the required amount of fat. Just curious as to if this matters? I figured 23 grams of fat is 23 grams of fat no matter what form but just wanted to check.

My LLMD advises me to take it with a shot of chocolate whipped cream! So I bet a shake is fine.

Be careful. All fats are NOT equal. Many "processed" fats can be toxic. Also, those in many products are just too old and become rancid (and, therefore, toxic). The heating procedures during processing can harm the oils, and us.

Best are: Fish oils, nut oils, coconut oil, ghee. Fake foods are not. Many convenience products are just manufactured products and are not healthy at all. Real food is best.

Eggs, Wild Salmon & Nuts all give you protein and fat (with other fabulous nutrients) - all wrapped up in a perfect package.

Keep a fresh supply of hard boiled eggs in your fridge.

Remember that diary can create phlegm and that can harbor germs in our sinuses and throats. If you feel more phlegm (or mucus) after consuming any dairy product, it may be best to avoid.

There are several ingredients in this that are very harmful to anyone's health. The inclusion of some good ingredients cannot cancel out the junk.

Also consider that plastic leeches out BPA, a toxic chemical.
