To those of you who experienced flares on byron white, what were they like?

Interested in all accounts, but particularly those on A-L

Thanks!

As I had stated in my previous posts, I take A-Bart and when reaching my target dose I would get severe frontal headaches going into my eye and lightheadedness.. When I back down on the dose it completely resolves..

I had a bit of a headache on day 2 of A-complex. Maybe a little fatigue in the next couple days, then it seemed as though it all cleared.

I ramped up to 20 like the Dr. said to and doing fine on it. No major herxs or issues.

I'm on A-Bart too. But recently misplaced my bottle (still got a foggy brain) and haven't taken it in a week now. Once I find it, it will be interesting how I do going back on it.

I am currently on A-Bab, taking 8 drops twice per day. Been on it, ramping up slowly for about 2 weeks.

At first it really made the right side of my head "sizzle"- like the nerve was burning. Interestingly, I have had a burning headache on the right side of my head daily for 17+ months now. I think it is making this better.

However, the last few days (also have my monthly menstrual cycle), all my symptoms have been magnified again. Will be interesting to see what next week brings.

MB

Oh- and I also got some massive air hunger for a few nights which has since resolved.

Use caution putting the drops in water. One extra drop can cause a flare.

I use a-bab and was flaring at one and two drops, then moved along no problem, got to seven and flared again.

But I have had lessening of symptoms! Hope it goes well!

A-Bart herx in my children has caused burning/itching skin, eye pain , bladder pain, skin rashes, nerve pain, tiredness. We are still increasing the drops VERY slowly. This has all happened between one and ten drops daily. For us, they seem to be very potent.

A-Bart for me when I started and up my dose causes more foot pain,up leg, neck down spine, frontal headache, fog brain confusion gets worse. When I ramped up on Earthing bands the herx was even harder so backed down on both and holding at 7 drops 2 x a day. I have been having more deep burning nerve pain. But its been cold and that makes it worse. [Smile]

So some of you take multiple BWF's at a time (ex: A-Bart + A-Lyme)

Do you ramp them up at same time?

The literature touts it hits endless things. Whether this is true, who knows. It says Ehrlichia, Babesia, Mycoplamsa and many others. Seems a bit far fetched IMO, but...

The literature also makes tremendous claims that it helps with blood pressure, anxiety/depression, and 50 other conditions. It almost sounds snake oil-like. [Smile]

Since I haven't started yet, I can't say one way or the other.
