Hello
Has anyone has experience with estradiol cream for low estrogen and progesterone cream for low progesterone?
Do they really help? My blood levels are in the tank for my age and I think it's really contributing to the insomnia and moodiness.

I'm on both compounded progesterone capsules and cream. It's balanced out my menstrual cycle a bit but other than that, I haven't really noticed much of a difference. Everyone is different so it might help you!
