Let me rephrase that: I think I should do coffee enemas, they will probably be beneficial. I don't think anyone really WANTS to do them.
Anyway, can I go to the grocery store and just buy any brand of organic coffee, or is there a special kind/brand that is recommended?

There is coffee made specifically for coffee enemas and available on the internet.
I just used regular, caffeinated, organic coffee.
Start out with very weak coffee. A small percentage of people have a bad reaction to them. Maybe use one tbsp for a quart the first time, then work up to 4 tbsp per quart.

I just used regular organic caffenated coffee but like six said above you can buy special coffee online.
It's very important to use "regular" (not decaf) and that it's organic. Coffee is a very "dirty" product and you don't want to add pesticides to your body.
Have fun! Actually it's a good way to feel better in a short period of time

Thanks Six. Yeah, I don't want to go on the internet and buy some exotic designer coffee that's supposed to be made expressly for this purpose unless it's absolutely necessary to do so. I mean, look where it's goin' for cryin' out loud!

Once you see how much better you feel from them, you won't feel so reluctant to do one.

If you start off using weaker coffee do you also use them less often or can you jump right in and do them everyday?
