Hi guys, Just wandering if any of you experience spells like I do. I have periodic burning of the skin quite often. But sometimes I have these "spells" where I get severly dizzy, skin burns all over intensely, and I feel faint. Then I feel very weak for an hour or so. Do any of you do this? My dr. says these are panic attacks and I know skin burning can be lylme related! These spells just scare me and am wondering if any of you experience the "faint" feeling. And if so, is there anything you do for it? I am on anxiety meds. Thanks, vdean

Feeling faint can be lowered blood pressure, a common accurance with LD.
Yes on the anxiety. I have had anxiety since I first became ill. I take Xanax for it. With Lyme treatment I have been able to lower my dose.
Magnesium also can help anxiety, as it helps to calm and relax you. Not magnesium oxide. I use magnesium citrate, and there are a couple of other choices.
