I have this rash since a long time. The brown "dot" like rashes.. they look really strange. My LLMD think's this could be bart.

The second rash changes all the time. I have this small red dots. They come and go. It's a lot huger now and it looks a lot more scary!

IDK but I have had weird large brown fluid filled bumps along the "knobs" of my spine, they were bad for a while, there were 2 or 3 of them.. never knew what they were, they eventually went away for the most part. hope they never come back.. they were on my lower spinal area.. scary stuff.

The brown spots you have are similar to what I have. I had two skin biopsies from a dermatologist and basically the info came back saying it was hyperpigmentation of my skin. No explanation as to why they would just develop. When I had lyme testing done that dr. asked if the derm tested my skin for lyme, but they did not. Wonder if it would be worthwhile to have a skin biopsy? I have seen bart pics and I don't think my skin looks like those pics (w/ the stretching) but I am sure there is variety and I still don't know for sure if that i my skin issue is due to Bart (and I am diagnosed w/ both Lyme and Bart).
