I just started the Byron White A-bab. I am up to 4 drops and feel lousy.

Just wondering how long before you start seeing the benefits.

Hi Katrina,

I was recently taken off all abx by my LLMD and put on this Bryon White protocol for Lyme, Babs and Bart.

I'm up to five drops on the A-L and am starting A-babs soon, and afterwards A-bart. Working my way up to 20 drops of each twice daily.

I think its too early to tell if there is anything positive going on, but I do feel a flair -or a herx. So its a waiting game to see if it works.

Are you off all abx too besides these herbs?

If anyone feels better on this protocol alone- without abx-, I am interested to hear about it.

Hey everybody- I am currently on an abx break and only trying BWFs.

I started with A-Bab about 3 weeks ago, got up to 9 drops, was herxing all the way, but tolerable, then had a debilitating migraine + increase in other symptoms, so I backed off. I also had my period at the time and that is always a difficult time for me as well.

I have restarted the A-Bab and also started A-L, and I had gotten up to 6 drops of each. Yesterday morning, I went up to 7 drops A-Bab (actually by mistake as one extra drop went in the glass and I didn't want to trash the whole thing) and bam, got another debilitating migraine in the afternoon and increase in other symptoms. So I am backing off again.

Now, this second debilitating migraine may have been b/c I am on a business trip and the stress and flying increases my migraines.

So, I have been working with these herbs for almost a month now- I have only seen a flare in my symptoms that are quite strong, but no real improvement so far. I am committed to my break in abx for a few months and I feel I really need to heal my gut, so I am going to stick with them.

I have an LLMD appt on Monday and will let everyone know what they say re: improvement time.

How long have you been taking the A-Bab? If you got up to 4 drops too soon you may need to back off a little bit. My LLMD said it's ok to take a day off from time to time.

I'm on A-Bart and I went up way too quickly, up to 15 drops BID within 2 weeks. Thought I was going to die or wish I would. I got so depressed my wife took the A-Bart away from me and called my LLMD.

So, maybe a little break and some extra detox is in order. I think everyone is suprised how powerful these little drops are.

My son is on 1/4 drop of A-Bart QD and he feels it already. Just a few days and he's having Tibia pain.

I have been taking it for just about one week. I don't feel that well on it. Increased muscle pain and a headache. I was just wondering if at some amount of drops you see a big improvement.

I am on 2 drops 2 times a day. Thats it!

by the way yes I am still on my antibiotics. I was just adding it to my regime.

When following the Protocal for A-BAbs you should only have a minor Herx during the challenge faze

once you experience a minor herx drop back to one drop again and start over..

at that point go up one drop every 3 days if you herx again back off.

this protocal says you should not herx...
