good evening. I have been getting severe nose bleeds for a about a week now. I don't think it's the weather because the air is moist here.

I notice when I concentrate hard on something like reading or something strenuous, I get a burning lyme headache, my right ear fills up and clogs, sounds like a constant phone ringing in my ear, then my nose gets this sharp piercing pain... my nose begins to bleed.

The whole process is probably an hour before the nose bleeds

Today is the fourth time. Anyone else have this bleeding with lyme or coinfection?

I have also had this- comes and goes for me.

Mostly just small amounts of blood when I blow my nose, but it comes when my head hurts, my ears hurt, increase in tinnitus, etc.

Its scary, but I just think its part of the process? Or I hope it is....

Suppliment with Vita K best advice I ever got from a doc for nose bleeds. It helps your blood coagulate. Google it if you want more detail.

momintexas, I am not sure about the blood pressure, I know I have been super tired and sleeping a bit this week which I try not to do, but cannot seem to help myself this week. I am not one for going to the dr. I can go up to the drug pantry and check my vitals.

I'd check your blood pressure to make sure it's not that.

Do you have a Dr you can call just to run the symptoms by them and see what they say?
