Does anyone have a list of which specific antibiotics are usually prescribed for each co-infection? I know I have seen it somewhere but can't seem to locate it now. (isn't that always the case) I'm on doxy and zithro and wondering which co-infections are being targeted right now.

Doxy / Zithro by themselves doesn't really target anything in particular other than lyme(the Doxy.)
If you add Amatadine or Plaquenil the Zith is more effective for lyme.
If you add Rifampin to your meds you are going after BArt. If you add Mepron you are going after Babs.
Other Bart drugs: -Levaquin -Factive -Cipro -Rifabutin -Bactrim DS -Biaxin (with Rifampin or Rifabutin)
Other Babs drugs: -Zith with Mepron -Biaxin with Mepron -Malarone with Artemisinin
There are others. Just a quick summary.

For an overview, start with slide #22 (just put that in the page box and hit "enter" key - then progress from #22 all the way through #47 to see some interactions) and then go back to the beginning.

It's very important to have this book as a reference tool for self-care and support measures. It answers so many questions in detail that is impossible here on the forum.
