Stopped abx a few weeks ago. Feeling good for the most part. Still detoxing and trying to change my thought process that I am feeling well/doing well. So I had a GI bug for a few days and was wondering if it went along with the whole cold theory.

For me, it did go along with the "cold theory." I didn't get any viruses, then I did.
In fact, my daughter had a virus and passed it to me. I'm fighting it off a little faster than she did. This is my daughter who has never had Lyme. So, my immune system is working pretty well again. I used to get twice as sick for twice as long when I first started catching bugs again.

I got stomach bugs all along, and I tend to get them much worse than everyone else. The most recent one, my kids didn't get at all, my husband just felt sick for a few days, but I was couldn't-eat sick for a week.

Well, this is not what you mean but I think it's a good idea to check for H Pylori when you have lyme.
Use of abx for lyme can make this common infection much more difficult to eradicate IMO.
