Did you know that when you order a comprehensive GI test (that is supposed to look for parasites, amoebas and other pathogens) that they never test people for pin worms, tape worms, liver flukes, round worms and a host of other similar parasites?
I suffered and suffered for years and ordered those expensive GI tests, which always came back negative for any treatable pathogen. Finally, I purchased a microscope and ran fecal floats and did fecal smears and was a bit horrified to discover I had tape worms and round worms and Schistosoma. I treated the worms and after over 15 years of problems, I finally became normal. Worms cause bloating and allergies and all kinds of problems, but the medical community feels they are no big concern for humans infected with them. Veterinarians want to treat your pets yearly and nothing looks more pathetic than a cat with worms.
It's quite easy to pick these up over a lifetime. All you have to do is touch a public door handle or pet an animal.

Def do the normal stuff first. Celiac pannel (this is a must), stool sample for parasites, yeast and bacteria, And then I would try out an elimination diet. Since its for your daughter just try to make a game out of it with her, so it can become something she actually enjoys.
I think its so arrogant of our Dr's to think they have the ability to test for every possible parasite that might be in our bodies-- its ABSURD! So yes, if after you do those tests/ diet, I'd then go and treat for parasites (which you should eventually do anyways, to be safe).

I had all of these symptoms when I was treating for parasites.
