Please see the "Timing the Consumption of Binder" thread.
There are several people looking for guidance in this area and since you've made mention of "binders, binders, binders" many times, I thought you might be able to help.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

To avoid reabsorption and recirculation/deposit of neurotoxins:
Binders should be taken 20-30 min before meals and very important also before going to bed. Alternating binders is a good idea. If you take abx or other killing agents every so many hours, fit the binders in the middle. Probiotics can be taken a few minutes (15) before binders.
Even if you think you are not heavy metal toxic, when you take abx or other, you will also release toxic metals and chemicals with the die-off. You do want to get ALL released neurotoxins out of the body and avoid reabsorption.
