both paragone and parastroy have similar ingrediants,i noticed some are used for yeast overgrowth.do you think these products also are good enough for yeast control in the gut?

Probably doesn't hurt... I like Solaray Yeast Cleanse. It works better for me than the drugs. (I don't get any commissions, either - lol.)
