Has anyone who has these off-shoot problems taken any supplements and had significant improvement?
I've gotten little improvement from gelatin capsules for my nails (topical strengtheners work best for me) but I lose about 20-30 strands of hair daily. Some days, less, but I'm constantly pulling strands from everywhere.
My hair is thinning more and more as years go by. My thyroid seems to be in normal range. Multivitamins don't help much for slowing the loss. My roots just aren't soaking up the nutrients.
