Having searched this sight, I find no positive comments on the above in terms of efficacy in treating Lyme.
Why then do I seem to be having very strong neuro herxes using this ATB as a "stand-alone treatment"?
IE: Body pain, brain fog, etc.
Does anybody have experiences with this ATB?
Thanks,

I am taking this abx for a tooth infection and am experiencing the same type of effects. I even switched temporarily to Biaxin and felt alot more symptomatic from the erythromycin. It is a macrolide but it isn't a chosen abx for Lyme.
I am not expecting to see any long term improvement on this drug.

Thanks!!!!!!!...... Interestingly, though my LLMD did RX this, I also have a tooth infection!
There is something going on for sure.
I tried to stop the med and I got worse! Started back up, got better.
Will we ever really know?
Anybody else?
