I would cut it in half and go from there. If its still too rough cut even more. Some rotate those with Biaxin and something else. Worked for me.
I have also found herxing can sometimes be lessened by stopping a couple of days.
Esp. in cases of fever. Of course my fevers were only 101. But for us in Lyme that can be high...
