I get really hot during the day especially around 11:00ish and until 3:00pm. I get hot and sweaty and even more so when I stand for too long or do too much. By too much I mean clean the house for 10 min. I DO NOT have any nightime sweats. Does anyone have these or know what co-infection they are attributed to?

Unusual sweating is Babesia. It doesn't have to be night sweats.

Since the hypothalamus controls body temp, it could also be HPA dysregulation.

There are threads here about fixing the HPA axis.

Hi jadams my worst thing is sweating I sweat so bad that is drips off of me even in the store and my shirt is soaked if I do anything. I didn't have night sweats at first but they have started too since starting treatment. My family freezes because I have a fan on me all the time and sleep under a sheet with my fan on. I have Babesia along with Bartonella and Lyme. My doctor said it is Babesia. I hope this helps

Thank you both for your input. I thought it was Babesia (negative test) but my LLMD wasn't sure which is strange since day sweats are attributed to Babesia too.
