hi, Is it possible to be positive for Lyme but never have joint pain, swelling, problems? This is one symptom I have never dealt with... thank you.

Yup..I never had joint issues...ever.

Depends on where those buggers like to set up camp in You. ;-) Each Lyme sub-species seems to prefer different areas of collagenous or nervous tissues.
And everyone has parts of their body that are the weak(er) link. It all results in a unique "painting" of the spirochetal bacteria [colonies] within all of us.
