It's capsule form. It's what my LLMD gave me.
I have just got to get these doggone adrenals to wake their lazy butts up.

Are you still using the ashwagandha? Have you noticed more energy, ability to handle stress improving?
I'm thinking about trying the ashwagandha instead of what I'm using now. I've been taking Adrenal Stress End by Enzymatic Therapy, along with extra Licorice extract and Tyrosine. I am noticing they help, but it is expensive to keep using them, and I think the licorice is increasing my blood pressure.
Are there side-effects with ashwagandha?

Taking it with licorice as bedtime tea on most every day, have also used it during work day to avoid getting agitated/frustrated with normal job nuisances etc.
