LLMD is recommending I do a phospholipid exchange (to remove nuerotoxins etc.) using Health Force Nutritionals Intestinal Drawing Formula with either one of the smoothie recipes (already mentioned on this board) or using Xymogen's Phosphaline 4:1 capsules(3)and 2 Essential Pro's liposomal glutathione softgels.

Does anyone have any experience with this protocol and/or these products?

How have you used this protocol and for how long?

I just started dr. Myhills smoothie recipes instead of phosphaline. Lecithin is cheaper than phosphatidyl choline so I am using that.

Will let you know how it goes. I am pretty sure we have the same llmd. What I don't get is that if you choose to use phosphaline instead of lecithin do u still need to take the other oils?

They are all different types so I would think so. I also just started Intestinal Drawing Formula but do not know the results yet. Will let you know. Send me a pm if you have any other questions.

I thought oral glutathione was ineffective because the digestive process breaks it down??? Someone please correct me if I'm wrong here...

Lulu, I'm very confused about this issue.....when I met with my llmd (whom I think you also see) this past week, he explained that I would use the Intestinal Drawing Formula + one of the smoothies or if I don't want to do the smoothies then I can take 3 oral phosphaline 4:1 caps with 2 oral glutathione softgels.

Two days later, in response to an e-mail I sent llmd about the protocol, I received a call from a PA who explained that the protocol is usually done by taking the glutathione and phosphaline along with the smoothie .....the Intestinal Drawing Formula is taken a few hours later away from meds supplements and food.....he seemed quite confident that this is the way people are doing the protocol so I'm confused about which procedure I should follow!

Lulu, did llmd explain the protocol to you or the PA?

Razzle, sorry I don't have an answer for you about this.

Anyone know what the correct procedure for this protocol is?
