Does anybody have a good multi-vitamin suggestion for those who are suspicious of KPU?

I've got some Centrum Silver but didn't know about additives until after. I tried Whole Foods brand, but after a week I didn't feel right and threw them out (this before I knew about KPU).

I'm not ready to really go after the KPU as I need an LLMD who can guide me on that, but I would like a multi that perhaps can help a little. My hair is thinning, though not falling out in clumps, my nails are so easily broken or ripped and my skin is okay but is starting to get "fabric sensitive" again.

Suggestions that may be economical are always welcome too. Thanks.

Pure Encapsulations Nutrient 950. I've always used the one without iron. Pure encapsulations is a very high quality brand and does not use any fillers.

The best price I have ever found is from Nutri-Pharma. $30 for 180 caps. Don't bother with their website, as it useless. They do mostly wholesale and take orders over the phone. If you use them, call them directly: 212-983-8291. Open M-F EST. I've yet to find better prices or service anywhere.

You can find the ingredients here: http://www.purecaps.com/By_prod_Name.asp

I have found the Alive brand of vitamins to be the best as far as providing the nutrients that I look for in a vitamin. You can look at the different products and see which one suits you best. The one I buy is out of stock but you can be notified when it becomes available.

The price is really great too!
