Hi,

my LLMD wants me start Mino, Artemisia and Azitromicine. Another LLMD gave me his therapy sheet with IV Doxy, Mino and Metro.

I have a problem with Mino and Metro. Both are contraindicated if you deal with histamine intolerance. They lower the DAO and cause reactions like i'm eating wrong foods.

I really don't know how to take ABX again with this histamine condition. I'm already taking antihistamines but on the ABX no antihistamines are helping enough... yet..When i took abx, i already had a problem with that. It's insane. I feel super overloaded with this ****. I can't function. Not to mention, there's a point where you don't know what's causing the symptoms. But some are clearly because of the histamine.

I wonder if anyone else has this issue. It's basically what keeps me off the ABX because i prefer to be "sick" instead over totally overloaded with histamine. It causes severe brain symptoms, itching all over, it's terrible.

Can you please tell me more about your histamine issue? I don't mean to get off subject, but I'm very curious as I believe it may be my issue. How was it diagnosed? Was it via a histamine urine or blood test?

i did a blood test that showed that my DAO was lowered. i also had the clinical diagnosis. the biggest hitpoint was that i had tons of problems with foods. after i ate something with a lot of histamine, i got incredible symptoms that didn't went away.

one day i thought that was allergic and i took some antihistamines after the attack. the symptoms like anxiety, pain in the breast, extreme brainfog went away. so it's clear and i have a clinical diagnosis since than. everytime when i eat or take something that blocks histamine, or contains my symptoms increase. it starts with itching and with brainfog.

I have no idea how much this will help when alongside abx therapy, but I do know this can help when not on those drugs....worth a try?

Quercitin plus nettles, together, are known for their combined synergy in checking histamine secretions.

Nettles have the added benefit of being kidney cleansing too, high in chlorophyll and many minerals and vitamins. A highly nutritive food.

You could try it and see what happens.

Check with your doc or pharmacist to rule out any interactions with medications, but frankly I can't imagine there being any. It's still important to ask, however.
