On the Biopure site it says start at one drop per day and increase every 4 days by one drop.

Klinghardt says use 8-10 dropperfulls per 1 litre of water per day.

Am I missing something here?!!!!!!

Can anyone who has used this help?

I have taken 8 dropperfuls for the daily dosage

I now take 4 dropperfuls total in a day

Did you ramp up the dose gradually, Lauralee?

Did you notice any reactions or improvement?

How long does a bottle last?

No I don't think I ramped it up

I take so many things I can't tell

A large bottle at 8 dropperfuls a day lasts 3 weeks

I should add that the total daily dosage is divided into two servings for the day

Large bottle....would that be the 4 fluid ounces?

Do you put it in a litre of water and sip it all day?

This is ok to take with abxs right?

I know BUhner recommends taking herbs with abxs but wanted to make sure there were no contraindictions with these herbs
