Why in the world would I suddenly start having jaw pain now? I've been in treatment for 18 months, and I've never had this in my life!

Lately I have been experience weird issues with my tongue and mouth...feels swollen, and tingling.

Today my jaws just started hurting so bad. It hurts to chew, or even just being still.

Any opinions?

Have you treated for babesia?

My jaw pain went away with babesia treatment.

Hugs,

I'm not sure if you just have jaw pain or if it might be tooth pain too, since you said it hurts when you chew.

I just spoke to my Lyme friendly doc yesterday and he hadn't heard his patients complain of tooth pain before, but didn't rule it out either.

I'm going to be starting on treatment for Bartonella and then Babesia, so hopefully this will cure my mouth pain- it is getting quite severe. Dentists say I'm fine, but something is obviously wrong. I also never had these troubles before Lyme.

See the thread below, it might help too.
Non-stop tooth and gum pain
Good luck to you!
